ROLE OVERVIEW:
Pinckney Marketing is currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 1+ years of experience in paid search, campaign execution, and management and confidence in implementing digital marketing strategies. This role will work closely with our Paid Media team to implement strategic digital initiatives that support the needs of our clients. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Executing paid search (Google & Microsoft Ads – Search, Display & YouTube) campaigns, optimizations, and reporting for target audience growth and sales performance goals
- Monitor digital marketing campaign performance through reporting and analysis
- Execution of strategies and tests to improve campaign performance and optimize spend
- Working alongside a team of digital marketers, such as SEO specialists, content marketers, and web developers.
- Optimize and create campaigns, keyword targets, and ad copy
- Planning and optimizing media to hit defined KPI targets such as Traffic Quality, Revenue, Conversion Rate, Cost, etc
- Ensuring a positive ROI on client spending and PPC ad campaigning
- Use reporting and data analytics tools, including Google Data Studio and Google Analytics
- Provide performance projections and budget recommendations for Paid Media clients at various levels of data, including, but not limited to, account, market, campaign, channel, and product line.
- Brainstorm and provide client-specific testing suggestions to other members of the Paid Media team
- Assist with planning and managing campaign performance, account setup, and strategy development
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in meeting performance goals and metrics in paid search campaigns
- Proficiency with Google Ads
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable items and communicate recommendations effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Desire to work in a collaborative, analytically driven environment
