ROLE OVERVIEW:
Pinckney Marketing is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team! This role will work on the Accounts team, closely with our Digital, Creative & Social Media teams to ensure all projects are completed on time and within the project guidelines for your client. This includes but is not limited to vendor coordination, digital media and creative strategy, project management, reporting, and campaign management.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Task Management in the project management system for deliverables
- Keeping the Marketing Manager aware of progress on each project and communicating needs or concerns as quickly as possible
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of the consumer journey and the market and cultural forces that drive consumer media consumption
- Be comfortable working across multiple clients and verticals at any given time
- Managing, prioritizing, and being accountable for the delivery of projects by set deadline due dates and within the needs in the Creative Brief
- Ensure that the agreed-upon Agency workflow/process is followed
- Keep detailed records of the life of a project and share information as necessary
- Assessing clients’ needs to create and implement action plans for the team across a variety of departments including the content, creative, digital, and social media departments.
- Learn and understand clients’ business (including industry categories)
- Creation and preparation of meeting materials
- Attending client meetings and managing client deliverables
- Create and launch regular email campaigns and set up automation through Klaviyo and Hubspot
- Perform minor webpage maintenance and edits
- Perform SEO/UX audits and implement changes
- Support the client by providing insights and recommendations for digital marketing strategy and techniques (SEO processes, paid search campaigns, email/newsletter/Eblast processes, and reporting and analysis)
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing or account coordination role
- 3+ in a client-facing role
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with measuring campaign results in tools like HubSpot, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics
- Solid understanding of inbound marketing as it pertains to all inbound clients and HubSpot best practices
- Strong communication skills and effective client communication skills including the ability to address and solve problems
- Exhibit understanding of the role of a long-term marketing communications relationship with existing client
- Understanding of production disciplines: print, digital, and inbound marketing
- Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo or MailChimp
- Experience working with WordPress
